Price & Status
We were originally given a "long" estimated completion date of late October. It is now February and we still do not have a completion or closing date. We understand delays and issues because of covid and materials/labor being hard to come by but this is absolutely ridiculous. We have accumulated thousands of dollars in additional costs due to delays because of being on a month to month lease and the significant increase in interest rates over the last year.
I personally would not recommend Holiday Builders at this time. Our construction managers have been responsive and understanding but that is about the only nice thing I have to say at this point in time. However it feels as if we are being encouraged to back out of our contact so that our house can be sold for more money. This is a floor plan you could choose to build within this community. You’ll work with the builder to select from the plan options and find the right lot to construct your dream home.
